	<description><![CDATA[<p>I think that exhaling or blowing out a big breath and counting to ten helps. I try to put myself in the other persons shoes and I say to myself, "I wonder if they&#39;re angry because maybe I said it to them wrong...I&#39;ll try to say it differently, so maybe they&#39;ll understand what I&#39;m trying to say". Sometimes if my parents get upset I wait until later when they are calmer and then ask them can I talk to them about it and usually this works with them or anyone!</p>
<p>Do you think that any of these ideas would work for you or anyone else?</p>
